Our app is designed to store user-generated content, including workout history, exercise logs, and plans. The app also stores user-provided personal preferences such as height, weight, gender, and activity level locally on the user's device for ease of use. This information is never transmitted, shared, or stored on external servers.
To ensure app performance and address potential issues, we use Firebase, a third-party service, to collect diagnostic and usage information. This data is anonymized and used solely for monitoring app health and troubleshooting.
All workout history, exercise logs, and similar data are created by users and stored as part of the app’s core functionality. This information is managed by the user and is only accessible within the app.
Data such as height, weight, gender, and activity level are stored exclusively on the user’s device using local storage mechanisms. These details are not uploaded, processed, or shared outside of the app and are used solely to improve user experience within the app.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect Firebase log data and user-generated content stored in the app. However, as with all internet-based applications, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
For users located in regions with data protection laws such as GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Since Firebase logs are anonymized, no personal data is associated with these logs. For more information, please contact our support.
If you wish to delete your account, you can do that through the app's feature.

We use Firebase as a third-party data processor to collect diagnostic and performance data. You can review Firebase’s privacy policy here.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
